Our Incredible Library Book and the wonderful journeys it took
by Caroline Crowe & John Joseph

Nia is the first child to borrow a brand new library book, she loves it so much that she doesn’t want to bring it back! But the book’s journey continues as it’s borrowed by a beginner reader, a sick child and a girl who has never owned a book.

This is a very interesting roundup. I used to read a lot of picture books with my son when he was a toddler and a preschooler. But now he is grown up and he reads himself without my help. But I still like to read such picture books with him time to time. Thanks for all these book suggestions…

I read to my daughter as long as she wanted me to but every so often she still asks me to read her a picture book. I think that the experience takes her back to a time when she had less school stress – it’s lovely to rediscover our old favourites 🙂
