Why is The Jolly Christmas Postman your favourite Christmas book?
This is always such a lovely book to read to my children, they love seeing what is inside each of the gifts, and I’ve always been such a huge fan of Allan and Janet Ahlberg’s books, the beautiful detail in the illustrations and the sparing lyrical text.
Can you describe a favourite illustration or give a favourite quote from the story and tell us why you chose it.
There’s a beautiful spread of all the characters dancing around the Christmas tree, really sums up the joy of Christmas.
