Ten most viewed picture books on Story Snug 2013

 

There is an interesting mix of old and new picture books in Story Snug’s top ten most viewed posts this year. Several books from my teaching practice days have had the most views but there are also some new favourites that have been published recently.

One More Candle by Merry Susiarjo and Emmeline Pidgen. A lovely story about the relationship between two sisters.

The Paper Dolls by Julia Donaldson and Rebecca Cobb. This book revived my childhood paper doll making skills!

The Fairytale Hairdresser and Cinderella by Abie Longstaff and Lauren Beard. We love seeing which beauty treatments the nursery rhyme and fairytale characters choose!

Kipper’s Birthday by Mick Inkpen. Kipper is an old favourite, he gets very confused on his birthday!
